The CML Program at the Community College of Aurora
Through the Community College of Aurora, CML training courses include:
- Mortgage Banking & Loans
- Residential Processing & Underwriting
- Residential Loan Closing & Marketing
While students may register for some or all of the courses, the Intro to Mortgage Banking course is a pre-requisite for all other courses. Currently, all classes meet Thursday evenings from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at the CCA Main Campus, Room 204 - Community College of Aurora, located at 16000 E. Centre Tech Parkway in Aurora.
Each course costs $152.25 (based on COF funds being applied). Cost includes a textbook students will need to purchase AT CLASS for $50.00.
Students must register with CCA and pay $101.25 prior to the first class. Payment for materials is due upon arrival at the classroom the first night of each course. Click here for more information about CMLA payment options.

CCA Registration Process
The first step in the CCA registration process is to obtain a copy of the CCA Application. You may obtain a copy at the following link: http://www.ccaurora.edu Or, call (303) 361-7384 to request a copy by fax. The Application is also available at the CCA Registrar's Office at 16000 CenterTech Parkway in Aurora. Complete the Application and follow the instructions provided therein to submit to CCA.
Upon receipt of your application, CCA will issue a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to you. Once you have your PIN, you may call (303) 825-2747 to access the CCA automated telephone registration system. Or, you may register online at http://www.ccaurora.edu
If you would prefer to register in person, visit the CCA registrar's office at 16000 CenterTech Parkway in Aurora. From I-225 at 6th Avenue, travel east approximately 1 mile on 6th Avenue to CenterTech Parkway. Turn right (south) on to CenterTech Parkway, then proceed approximately 5 blocks to CCA (on the right).
