Lenders association launches Future Mortgage Leaders of Colorado program

The inaugural class of Future Mortgage Leaders of Colorado program was announced at CMLA’s 34th Annual Convention. The one-year program is focused on identifying, cultivating, and educating the next generation of mortgage leaders.

Designed and implemented by Julie Piepho, CMB, CML, Vice Chairman of the CMLA, the Future Leaders program will deliver a comprehensive training experience that will allow class members to enhance and expand their business analytical and leadership skills. Through six full-day classes, work on a non-profit project, and a series of conference calls throughout the year, Future Leaders will gain insight into how the various business components in the mortgage industry work together.
