Annual Northern Colorado Lending Fair The 2nd Annual Northern Colorado
Mortgage Lending Fair, held at the Fort Collins
Marriott Friday, May 14 proved to be another
great opportunities for industry participants and
attendees to share ideas and learn from each
other.
According to Northern
Chapter First Officer Julie Piepho, the 2004 Fair
was a great business-building event for everyone.
"I think attendees as well as exhibitors had
a good experience at this Fair. We look forward
to continuing to offer a valuable networking and
business-building event for industry participants
in northern Colorado," Julie said.
Susan Ayotte of Chicago
Title won our $250 prize drawing winner. Chris
Holbert, president, CMLA, notified Ms. Ayotte of
her winnings by phone as she was not present when
the drawing occurred. "This Fair turned out
to be profitable to me in more ways than
one," Susan laughed. "I was so
surprised when I got the call notifying me I'd
won $250 as I've never won anything in my
life!" Susan plans to apply her prize money
for her "Mexico fund" and take a trip
south of the border.
