At 10:17 the DJIA +90, NASDAQ +35, S&P +12. 10 yr note -5/32 3.65% +2 BP. Mortgage prices -2/32 on 30s, -2/32 on FHAs and -3/32 on 15s.

Rate markets opened weaker early this morning with the stock indexes trading higher; at 8:30 the 10 yr -8/32 3.66% +6 BP, mortgage prices at 8:30 -3/32.The DJIA at 8:30 +82. At 9:00 the 10 yr traded -3/32 and mortgages were unchanged on the day. At 9:30 the DJIA opened +45, the 10 yr -6/32 and mortgage prices -3/32. (see below for 10:15 prices)
