News from the Western Chapter of the CMLA

We are currently forming an Advisory Panel to assist with growing our membership and providing valuable resources to CMLA members on the Western Slope.  If you're interested in joining the panel, please contact Linda McKinley at lmckinley@ccmclending.com or 970-945-4001.

A joint Lender/Realtor training on the new GFE and HUD-1 was held on Wed., Feb 3rd in Glenwood Springs.  Jerra Ryan, CML and Bruce Jordan, CML, provide the 2 hour training which will also provide CE credit for Realtors.  CE credits are not yet available for mortgage originators.

Realtors in attendance learned the 5 Key Steps lenders and Realtors must master to ensure successful closings. Not only should you plan to attend our next event, but you should also add value to your referral partners by inviting them to attend with you!

Our successful luncheon speaker series continues this month with the next luncheon scheduled for next week on February 10th. It is not too late to register!
